The Association contracts with outside vendors to get much of the management and maintenance work done. Below are the vendors and the contracts we have with them.
Phillips Real Estate
Phillips provides the day-to-day management of the Association, and helps us find other vendors for specific repairs and maintenance issues. Read the contract.
Millenium Digital Media
MDM provides Internet and cable services to most of the Esplanade. We are in a 20 year contract with them, which is scheduled to end in 2009. Read the contract.
Heffernan Insurance Brokers
Our contact with the insurance policy held by the Association. To read the policy, please request a copy from Phillips or a board member.
