The Esplanade offers several email groups, or mailing lists, to help you stay updated on the latest news, and to allow you to share with the community yourself. You should consider joining each one of them.
Announcements
Through this mailing list you will receive emails from the Association Board which have relevance to the entire Esplanade community. The emails will be few, as we don't want to overload your email inbox with too many emails. If you subscribe to just one list, this should be it.

Forum
This is an open forum where any home owner can send messages that are of general interest to the Esplanade community. If you're having a garage sale, or have a general concern for the community, or are planning an activity and anyone is invited, then you can use this list for a wide audience.
Since any Esplanade owner can post to this list, this has the capacity to become a busy mailing list.

A forum specifically for home owners to discuss issues of HOA business, such as dues, landscaping, policy and rules, etc. This can potentially be quite a busy list, but for those interested in being active in the community can be a great resource.
