Individuals or key collection volunteers may download and print the following documents to assist in collecting and/or turning in keys to the Board to facilitate the Verizon FiOS installation.
Neighborhood Watch program
The Esplanade Board and many of its residents would like to start up a
Neighborhood Watch program in an effort to reduce crime on our
property. We have scheduled our opening meeting and Officer O'Neil
from the Kirkland Police Department will attend to help jump start our
program. Please plan on attending.
When: Monday, July 7 @ 6:30 PM
Where: Holy Spirit Lutheran Church on the SE corner of NE 124th St & 100th Ave NE
Who: All Esplanade residents
Why: To reduce crime and learn how to better avoid becoming a victim of theft.
Neighborhood Watch signs will be posted around the property as a part of this new program.
Improving your personal security from thieves
Kirkland Police Department Officer O'Neill met with the Board on June 3rd and provided some guidance on how to improve the security on your possessions while here at the Esplanade. You can view his presentation slides on our Resources for Residents page.
Verizon FiOS installation CANCELED
After Wednesday, May 28th, Verizon FiOS installations will be canceled and rescheduled for a future time. The HOA Board's primary focus the second go around will be better communication and a better organization of the logistics of getting everyone knowledgeable and involved in the process.
We recognize the inconvenience this will cause many of you and sincerely apologize.

The Esplanade is altering the configuration of the parking lot slightly to alleviate some of the parking problems the association has been facing lately.
Please note that some visitor parking will be moved, so spots that you used to tell your friends they can park in may no longer be available, and new spots will be available for your friends (perhaps closer to your building). You should double-check the painted parking markers to see whether a visitor spot you're used to having there is still a visitor spot.
